Types of property use:
1.Residential Use
All properties that can be legally used for living are called residential properties; whether this property is a land or an apartment or a villa in any other way.
2.Administrative Use
All the properties that are used for the use of offices, institutions, ministries and institutions, offices, companies and administrative and commercial activities (including government, private, cooperative and other cases), which are allowed to install the board of the office or institution or The relevant company owns the top of the building and in the usage section of the ownership document, administrative usage is specified.
3.Commercial Use

5.Industrial Use

6.Agricultural Use

9.Educational Use
Some properties in which educational facilities (such as schools, universities and so on) are allowed to be built and operate are called educational use.
10.Mixed Use
There are some special properties that are allowed to build multiple uses in one property; For example, a property where a part of it can be used for the construction of a residential building and the other part of it can be used for commercial activities which is called mixed use property.
11.No Use
There are some properties that are not included in any of the well-known and conventional user categories which are usually used under the title of urban reserves or a detailed or comprehensive plan for the release of such properties has not been provided and a license to establish a user on this property has not been provided and has not been issued by the municipality.
Owners of such properties can apply for judicial actions, release and change the use of the property by submitting a detailed plan to the relevant municipality.
12.Special Use
There are a number of other uses for some specific properties which we avoid addressing them one by one in this article due to the fact that they are less often used and we will briefly introduce them in general:
-Transportation Use: properties such as terminals, subway stations, airports, bus and taxi terminals and etc.

-Healthcare Use: properties such as hospitals, clinics and other medical and treatment centers.
-Cultural and Religious Use: properties such as cemeteries, mosques, libraries, cinemas, theaters and etc.
The type of use of the building or the permitted use of the property has been specified and recorded in the detailed municipal plans of different cities and the main use of the buildings is usually the three categories of residential, office and commercial use which were explained in detail previously.
